The Professorial Promotions Ceremony honours those who have been promoted in their academic ranks as a result of demonstrating excellence in their respective fields and contributing to life at the Faculty.
Event details:
This event is by invitation only. Recipients can invite up to 4 guests.
- 6:00 p.m.: Professorial Promotions Recipient Arrival
- 6:30 p.m.: Ceremony Start Time—RGN, Amphitheatre A
- 7:30 p.m.: Reception and light snacks—Atrium
- Parking: You can park in this designated lot on campus. Use this Hotspot link the day of the event to pay for parking.
- Shuttle Bus: Look for the shuttle stop near the parking area for a quick ride to RGN. A detailed schedule of the shuttle pick up location and drop off times will be shared closer to the event date.
- Walking: If you choose to walk to RGN, please use the map below.
