Biography
Hélène Jolin holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Université Laval. After a few years of practice in community pharmacy, she decided to join the Bruyère Continuing Care team in Ottawa as a clinical pharmacist. For over 20 years now, she has dedicated her efforts to pharmacy practice in various rehabilitation, continuing care and palliative care programs within a multidisciplinary team. In addition, she is an active member of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee. Ms. Jolin is also involved in the preceptorship of pharmacy students.
