Biography
A graduate of the Université de Montréal, Ms Joanne Leclair has worked as a manager in community and hospital settings for over 20 years. For the past several years, she has been integrated as a clinical pharmacist with the pharmacy team at Hôpital Montfort. She is also the clinical pharmacist for the multidisciplinary team for chronic disease management at Orléans Health Hub (OHH) where she is often called upon to use her specialization in geriatrics (BCGP- Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (2009). She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) at the OHH with skills in motivating and optimizing therapies for gestational diabetes, types one and two.
