Biography

Ms. Lyane Pennell is a community pharmacy technician in the Ottawa area and teaches pharmacy technology at Collège La Cité. In 2021, she graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Health Science degree and from Doane University (USA) with a Microprogram in Health Care Administration. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education degree at Athabasca University. Lyane is passionate about learning and teaching and wants to pass on her passion for pharmacy to the next generation.

Research Projects

In her research projects, Ms. Pennell explores how technology can enhance the learning experience and the effectiveness of different teaching methods and strategies. She wishes to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and effective education system that can support learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
