The Discovery Grants Program and the Discovery Launch Supplement of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) have granted more than $1,175,000 to six researchers from the Faculty of Medicine to support their innovative research projects.
The Discovery Grants program supports ongoing programs of research with long-term goals and recognizes the creativity and innovation that are at the heart of all research advances. The Discovery Launch Supplement is an additional fund awarded to all Early Career Researchers who are recipients of their first Discovery Grant.
