The Faculty of Medicine formally recognized its 2021–2022 professorial promotions during a virtual ceremony on Thursday, February 17.
The Professorial Promotions Ceremony honours faculty members who have been promoted in their academic ranks as a result of demonstrating excellence in their respective fields and contributing to life at the Faculty, and to officially acknowledge them with the presentation of a certificate.
Although normally a chance to applaud colleagues in person at Roger Guindon Hall, for a second year, the handshakes were absent but celebrations were still in full swing as the community joined in from home in support of their peers.
