Event information:

In 2023, as in 2022, Arctic sub-regions continued to suffer the consequences of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, climate change and, more broadly, the changing balance of power on the international stage. The conference will explain how these major upheavals affect connectivity, the exploitation of natural resources and human security, to name but a few themes.
