We are pleased to share that Keelan Buck, MA student in public administration at the School of Political Studies, has won the 2021 Charles B. Koester Student Essay Competition hosted by the Canadian Study of Parliament Group (CSGP)
Keelan wrote his winning essay on the Canadian House of Commons in comparative perspective as an undergraduate student at the University of Ottawa.
