The course SCS 1550 allows grade 12 students to follow a university course and received 3 course units toward their university degree. The course is offered online and in French only.
During the course, students will explore the basics of academic work and essential rudiments of university-level reading and writing. The course will also allow students to explore each of the major disciplines grouped under the social sciences at the University of Ottawa: sociology, anthropology, political science, economics, gender and women's studies, international development, criminology, and psychology.
