The Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology offers three options: the Course focus, the Field placement focus, and the Research focus.

Notes
  • Direct admission entry.
  • A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 5.0 is required to register to the 4000-level optional lecture courses.
    No exceptions will be granted.
  • If a student sees their CGPA drop below 5.0, they will have to increase their CGPA to register to the 4000-level optional lecture course in order to graduate in the program.
  • Students can remain in the Course Focus or they can apply in the Fall term of their third year to the Field Placement Focus or to the Research Focus.  
  • A minimum CGPA of 6.0 is required for admission to the field placement focus and a minimum CGPA of 7.0 is required for admission to the research focus.
