Claire Citeau is the Executive Director of the Canadian Agri-Food Trade Alliance
(CAFTA). In this leadership role, Claire advocates for trade liberalization and
competitive market access for Canadian agri-food exporters through free trade
agreements. Prior to joining CAFTA, Claire held senior positions with Alberta’s
Ministries of Agriculture and International Affairs leading trade and investment
attraction initiatives in Europe and the Americas. She also led innovative business
development partnerships for the Historica Foundation of Canada and worked as
an analyst for RBC Dominion Securities. She holds a double MBA in international
business as a graduate of the University of Alberta and the Montpellier Graduate
School of Business in France.
