Our commitment

The University of Ottawa favours working conditions that remove disparities experienced by the four designated groups in Canada: women, Aboriginals, persons with disabilities and visible minorities. The University creates, implements and assesses policies and programs designed to facilitate employment and education for members of these groups. Human Resources ensures that the Employment Equity Act is applied appropriately to these groups.
