Express Coaching consists of a 20 to 60-minute in-the-moment coaching sessions that takes place at opportune times throughout the workday and in-person or on line through MS Teams or Zoom. Coaching sessions are offered by a trained, certified coach recognized by the International Coach Federation. This service is confidential and customized to your needs.

I am a passionate practitioner-researcher dedicated to enabling people to thrive in the workplace through learning and development. I work closely with managers, executives and employees to help people reach their full potential in an ever-changing workplace.
I have obtained my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as my Master Integral Coach Certification with Integral Coaching Canada (ICC).
I have been a full-time faculty member and director of undergraduate studies in a faculty. In addition to my coaching practice, I am a researcher committed to contributing to knowledge in the field of organizational coaching and leadership. I have also been teaching the Leadership and Coaching course at the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa for the past few years. Since 2015, I have been leading the Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development (LADO) center of expertise within the Human Resources at the University of Ottawa.
I was project lead of the Transformation 2030 project - the University of Ottawa's strategic planning process, as well as the project lead to develop a framework for teaching excellence and academic success. I am also a founding member of the Forum francophone de la recherche sur le coaching

Robert Ryan, Certified Integral Professional Coach
Having that good feeling that comes from understanding the meaning of something is a quality we all strive for in our daily lives. Who wouldn’t want to access a way of life that is healthier, productive and satisfying? As an Integral Coach, I help build my client’s competence to face their life situation(s) by attending to the whole person.
I come to the Coaching Team at Human Resources, uOttawa with over 138 hours of specialized training with Integral Coaching Canada™ and I am a certified as an Integral Professional Coach™. This training program exceeds the accreditation requirements of the International Coaching Federation.
Since 2017, I have served as coach, mentor and strategist to Development Professionals in External Relations at uOttawa. In addition to my coaching at uOttawa, I also have my own private coaching practice.
When not coaching or fundraising, I serve as Chair of the Board of Serenity Renewal for Families, a local Ottawa agency that provides hope and support to individuals and families affected by addiction and related issues. I also volunteer with Ottawa Therapy Dogs with my beloved labradoodle, Zippity Do Dah and sing with the Laurence Ewashko Singers, a leading choral ensemble in Ottawa.
In addition to my work as a coach, I have held leadership positions as a staff member and a fundraising consultant to universities in Canada, the United States and Europe, the Canadian and American governments and two international NGOs. Prior to joining the Telfer School of Management as the Manager of Faculty Development, I was the VP of Philanthropy at SOS Children's Villages Canada. Rachel Ouellette, Certified Professional Coach
Rachel Ouellette has worked for more than twenty years as a manager in senior administration at the University of Ottawa. In this capacity, she has had the opportunity to coach many employees and colleagues through various projects or specific challenges they faced. Over the past few months, she sought to further enhance her skills in this field through intensive training at a renowned coaching school. Rachel is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Her professional areas of management expertise include project design, development and direction, strategic planning, human and financial resource management, organizational development, and results and performance evaluation. Rachel is recognized for her leadership and ability to mobilize teams and achieve results.
