The eQuality Project and the Institute for Feminist Legal Studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University,
in collaboration with the University of Ottawa Centre for Law, Technology and Society present:

Technology-facilitated violence (TFV) is an expansive, dynamic and rapidly evolving harm. It has been defined by Bailey and Mathen as "a spectrum of behaviours carried out at least in some part through digital communications technologies, including actions that cause physical or psychological harm”. How do we understand the problem? What is our vantage point? What solutions are offered and how will they impact affected individuals and communities differently?

Following the two pre-events “Technology-Facilitated Violence: Thinking Intersectionally” and “Deplatforming Misogyny”, the conference will include an invite-only workshop as well as two public events:
