Earth Week

We are delighted to invite you to participate in a series of engaging activities aimed at raising awareness and celebrating our planet.
From April 15th to April 26th, we have planned, with various student groups, a variety of events to inspire action and promote sustainability within our community.
We encourage you to take part in as many activities as possible and help us make a meaningful impact. Together, we can make a difference and create a more sustainable future for generations to come. Let's make Earth Week 2024 a memorable and impactful experience!
Here is a glimpse of the different events
- April 15-26: Clothing Drive: A donation box will be placed inside the front doors of RGN to collect old clothes to donate to local shelters. Sort your clothes and bring them to RGN. This activity is in collaboration with the Social Accountability Student Advisory Committee.
- Monday April 22: Earth Week BINGO & Snacks
- Location: RGN Atrium Time: 12:00-1:00 PM

- Tuesday, April 23: SEED Screening & Seed Planting Workshop: The event will also include the screening of the documentary “SEED: The Untold Story”. (2points for the concentration in global health and social accountability)

- Wednesday, April 24: Trivia. This event is limited to 25 participants, so please sign up by April 22 using this link to secure your spot. (1point for the concentration in global health and social accountability)

- Thursday, April 25: Planetary Health Lab Meeting & Pizza Night: A pizza dinner will also be served, please RSVP using this link by April 22 to secure your spot. (2points for the concentration in global health and social accountability)

- Friday, April 26: River Cleanup: All materials and supplies will be provided, so all you need to do is show up! (2points for the concentration in global health and social accountability), please RSVP using this link.
- Location: Meeting point will be inside the front of RGN to distribute cleanup supplies, review safety information Time: 2:00-5:00 PM
