About the event
On October 4, join us in the workshop “Take your initiatives to the next level with Implementation, Spread, and Scale”, led by Dr. Julia Moore, executive director at The Center for Implementation. This workshop will introduce the foundations of implementation science methods for spreading and scaling promising Interventions and Innovations in Education Systems and Local Communities. It also provides practical advice to navigate key implementation activities, including the analysis of barriers and facilitators to change, selecting change strategies, understanding contextual factors, navigating power dynamics, and creating trusting relationships that support the long-term success of your project. This workshop can support project planning and embedding implementation science into grant proposals.
