The Law and Technology Student Society (LTSS) and the Centre for Law, Technology and Society (CLTS) is proud to present a talk by Jacob Glick on the subject of finding legal jobs at tech firms. Jacob Glick is a leader in ever growing field at the intersection of law, public policy, and technology and is currently a Distinguished Executive Fellow in Residence at CLTS.
Jacob Glick served as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Rogers Communications from November 2014 to March 2017, and served in multiple policy leadership positions at Google in the years between December 2007 and October 2014. He was also General Counsel and Director of Public Policy for the Canadian Internet Registration Authority and an associate at McCarthy Tetrault.
Jacob Glick is uniquely placed to speak on this subject and we are incredibly pleased to invite him to speak with law students about their job applications and to answer questions about working in policy positions in the field of law and technology.
