The program supports University of Ottawa PhD students wishing to do a research visit at a major research institution in France.
The PhD Mobility Program in France, managed by the Office of International Research and Experiential Learning (IREX), provides scholarships of $6,000 to University of Ottawa PhD candidates wishing to conduct research projects at a major institution in France over a 12- to 24-week period.
All subjects are eligible.
IREX plans to fund a maximum of 10 visits for this pilot program. All eligible University of Ottawa PhD students should apply through their thesis supervisor.
The competition for the 2023–2024 PhD Mobility Program in France is now open. The revised deadline for applying is May 28, 2023.
