Eligibility

  • A5 licence for Faculty: Available for Professors, research associates (except postdoctoral fellows), librarians, power plant and trades personnel in the following groups: SSUO, PIPSC, management positions (NM) and confidential positions (NC).
  • A5 licence for student: Available for full-time and part-time students, student workers (CUPE, TA/RA, WSP, Scholarships) and for post-docs.

Fees 

Microsoft Bookings is part of M365 service and provided at no cost to eligible users.

  • Bookings allows units to create a calendar so that users can book appointments through a designated bookings webpage.

  • An easy way to add appointments to your existing Outlook calendar.
