Overview

Purpose	Microsoft Whiteboard can be used to collaborate on charts, shapes, drawings, and where ideas come together. You can use Whiteboard for collaborating with your team to accomplish many activities — whether your team is in the same place or in multiple locations.
Desktop client	Windows 10. Mac users must have Office 2016 for Mac.
Supported browser	Latest version of Internet Explorer , Microsoft Edge or Chrome.
Apps integration	Teams.
Available via mobile	Yes.

Eligibility

A3 license: professors, research associates (excluding postdoctoral fellows), librarians, power plant, and trades staff from the following groups: SSUO, PIPSC, management positions (NM) and confidential positions (NC).

Whiteboard is part of M365 service and provided at no cost to eligible users.
