We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Ray Arseneau as Senior Director, Infrastructure and Operations.
He is a strong addition to the team given his extensive knowledge of the University, the breadth of expertise in hardware, network, and systems issues, as well as the solid management practices he has exercised throughout his career. With over two decades of IT experience and a proven record of problem resolution, outage management, security oversight and resource planning, he will be a valuable asset to the organization.
