What Makes It Different?
Unlike traditional static web pages and classic chatbots, the Wellness Chatbot uses natural language processing and machine learning to understand user intent and provide tailored responses. It can:
- Recommend relevant campus services based on your needs.
- Facilitate appointment booking with an uOttawa doctor and/or mental health specialist.
- Offer bilingual support in both English and French.
