What was your last career change?
To leave the federal government and come to work for the University as a Senior Business Analyst in IT.
What made it successful?
My obsession to learn new things and my resilience.
What was the biggest challenge in adapting to your new role?
Understanding that the University is a large institution, and the available information is abundant, one must be prepared to learn new things every day.
What advice would you give to someone considering a career change?
''Comfort is the enemy of progress'' (PT Barnum) / Let your new move be aligned with your values for you to surpass your limitations a little bit easier / Identify and train yourself on the skills you need to have to ensure impact where you are going.
What do you look forward to in your day?
A cup of coffee in the morning, meditation at night and helping someone accomplish a task to go further that day.
