Are you a University of Ottawa student struggling with ADHD? Do you find it challenging to manage your academic responsibilities, stay organized, or maintain focus? You're not alone! Join our weekly ADHD support group to connect with fellow students facing similar challenges. Together, we can share strategies, provide emotional support, and foster a sense of community.

Who should attend:

  • University of Ottawa students diagnosed with ADHD or suspecting they have ADHD/Neurodivergent.
  • Students interested in learning more about ADHD and supporting their peers.
  • Anyone seeking a safe and understanding space to discuss ADHD-related topics.

This is a confidential and judgment-free space.

Respect for each other's privacy and experiences is expected.
