This program is a combination of warm-up stretches, yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and deep relaxation. Learn how yoga can reduce stress, anxiety, improve concentration and focus, increase strength and flexibility, and bring a sense of calm and balance to your life. No experience is required!
