CO-OP drop-in sessions

These sessions are for newly admitted CO-OP students, to answer questions about the Welcome to CO-OP workshop and next steps to prepare for your first work term. These sessions are all taking place in person at the CO-OP office (DMS 3101). 

• October 31, 2023 - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• November 1, 2023 - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• November 2, 2023 - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

These sessions are for CO-OP students to have their resume quickly reviewed. This review will be limited to 2 minutes per person. These sessions are all taking place in person at the CO-OP office (DMS 3101). 

• November 15, 2023 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• November 22, 2023 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

These sessions are for CO-OP students to ask questions relating to the CO-OP interviews workshop or relating to upcoming interviews and how to prepare for them. These sessions are taking place in person at the CO-OP office (DMS 3101). 

• January 17, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (just outside DMS 3101)

Interview Practice Sessions: These sessions will be held at the Career Corner (UCU 216)

• January 22, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (for Arts, Social Sciences and Civil Law)
• January 23, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (for Science and Engineering)
• January 24, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (for Telfer and Health Sciences)

These sessions are for CO-OP students to receive on the spot coaching for their ranking decisions. These sessions are all taking place in person at the CO-OP office (DMS 3101) during the ranking period. 

• February 6, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• February 7, 2024 - 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Do you have questions about finding a job in the second round (continuous placement process)? The sessions listed below are exclusively for you to ask questions about the second round process. These sessions are all taking place in person at the CO-OP office (DMS 3101). 

• February 14, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• February 21, 2024 - 10 a.m. to noon
• February 28, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• March 6, 2024 - 10 a.m. to noon
• March 13, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• March 20, 2024 - 10 a.m. to noon
• March 27, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• April 3, 2024 - 10 a.m. to noon
• April 10, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
