Notice of Interest

Important

  • The notice of interest form is open from May 1 to October 31 inclusively, each year.
  • The notice of interest can be completed by the uOttawa community as well as by external academic institutions. Requests made by uOttawa's academic community will require the support of the Dean of the implicated faculty.
  • Students cannot submit notices of interest.
  • Following the submission of the notice of interest form, contact persons will, as appropriate, be invited to complete a formal application.
  • Formal requests will be evaluated by a committee and decisions will be communicated in April of each year.
