After your studies

professional

After completing your undergraduate studies in Applied Ethics, you have two main paths to consider: continuing your education or entering the workforce.

You may choose to pursue graduate studies, as many graduate programs are available for people with an undergraduate degree interested in expanding their knowledge, specializing or conducting research. The MA in philosophy offers students the opportunity to pursue the discipline in an intense and sustained way, acquiring knowledge and a set of skills that are valuable for future work either within or outside the university. A number of graduates from our program enroll in doctoral programs both here and abroad, while others pursue careers in education, law, government, and other areas.

Alternatively, you can move directly into the job market. Your degree can lead to a variety of careers such as social policy researcher, social and community service worker, archivist, and community manager. These opportunities allow you to apply your skills in critical thinking, communication, research and information synthesis.

Whether you choose further studies or enter the workforce, your degree provides a strong foundation to build a career in applied ethics.
