How to Apply for Our Services

By appointment

To APPLY for our services, please complete the form UOCLC Services Application Form(PDF, 334 KB) and email it to [email protected] . We will contact you.


If you require assistance in filling out the form, call the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic at 613-562-5600.


If you are booked in for an intake interview, you can choose to have it in person or by telephone. Please note that if we schedule an intake interview with you, it does not guarantee that we will provide you with the service(s) you are requesting.
