Service Request - Thesis

Students are required to submit electronic requests and documents in regard to their Thesis to be reviewed and/or processed by their supervisor or academic unit.

Thesis Defence (Oral) / Proceed with defence	Confirmation to proceed with the oral defense To indicate that you want to proceed with the oral defense please confirm in the comment section of the Service Request	N/A
Thesis Defence (Oral) / Do not proceed with defence	Confirmation to not proceed with the oral defense To indicate that you DO NOT want to proceed with the oral defense please confirm in the comment section of the Service Request	N/A
List of examiners for evaluation of the thesis (MSc)	MSc - List of examiners for the evaluation Must be submitted at least 1 month before the thesis submission To submit your list of examiners for the evaluation of your thesis, you must attach the required document by Service Request. List of examiners for evaluation of the thesis (PhD)	PhD - List of examiners for the evaluation Must be submitted at least 1 month before the thesis submission. To submit your list of examiners for the evaluation of your thesis, you must attach the required documents in the same Service Request. Attestation of Final Thesis	Attestation of Final Thesis To submit your final thesis, you must attach the required document to the Service Request once all the corrections are completed.
