We're coming to a city near you in July or August! Get to know your Regional Mentor, have all your questions about university answered, and meet new students from your region!

Who can join?
Fall 2025 incoming students, family members, and legal guardians.
Where and when?
Sessions are offered from July 28 to August 8, 2025. We're visiting 23 cities from Halifax to Vancouver. See the full schedule and register for your session using the form below.
Note: the registration form will be unavailable from 6 p.m. on Friday, July 25, until 4 p.m. on Sunday, July 27. During this time, please email the regional mentoring team at [email protected] to register for the session of your choice.
You’re also welcome to attend the session without registering in advance — simply sign in when you arrive. The full session schedule is available below.

Why sign up?
Connect and seek advice from someone who has been through the experience before. This is also a great way to meet students from your city who will also be incoming students at the University of Ottawa in the fall.
By attending a session, you’ll have a chance to win one of ten $250 scholarships! Winners will be randomly selected on August 11 and contacted by email.
