The Mini Medical School of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine is an initiative of Francophone Affairs in collaboration with the Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS) — University of Ottawa Chapter.

Mini Medical School

Mini Medical School, organized jointly with the Consortium national de formation en santé — University of Ottawa Chapter, offers medical courses adapted to the general public from Francophone communities, all in a friendly setting. Health experts are brought together to help participants learn more about health and the human body. Sessions are held in the spring and fall covering various topics explained in plain and accessible language.

By participating in this activity, you will be able to:

  • Hear very interesting lectures
  • Interact with members of the public, in class and remotely
  • Ask the speakers questions on the topics presented

Mini Medical School is designed for those who want to learn more about health:

  • Students (14 years and up)

  • Adults, parents, grandparents

  • Health professionals
