Francophonie Day
In Canada, two linguistic and cultural realities coexist. However, various studies have shown that the health needs of Francophones living in minority situations are not always met because of a lack of adequate services in their language.
In order to make you aware of this reality and to equip you for your future practice, we organize a special day each year for first year students in both language streams as part of the “Society, the Individual and Medicine” (SIM) course.
How can I get involved?
We are always looking for students to join the organizing committee for this event. Let us know if you’re interested! Email us at [email protected].
