No. We only accept samples from academic institutions, government and non-profit agencies, or commercial institutions.

How much material do I need to send?

What is the price per sample?

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on submissions of 10 or more samples for non-profit and commercial users. Please contact us if you require a formal quotation.
Can the residual material be returned to me?
Yes. Please check the ‘Return residual material’ box on your submission form. Minimum $15 charge for the return shipment within Canada. Larger coolers, bottles/cannisters will incur higher return shipping fees, please plan accordingly.
Can I send pre-treated material?
Please contact us first, consultation required. We do not accept any pre-processed material without known reference standards for QA/QC.
