Unified Communications, which is being implemented in faculties and services, combines telephony and messaging over the Internet, enabling us to manage, make and receive calls via the Microsoft Teams platform.   

Did you know that sending messages, making audio/video calls, sharing files, or collaborating virtually on MS Teams is just the tip of the iceberg? MS Teams has a wide range of easy-to-master features for calls, messaging, and contact management. A training and tips Web page has been created with a variety of content from how to record a voicemail absence message to adding another person on a call with handy videos and job aids. Visit the web page regularly to get the latest information.   

In the upcoming two months, information sessions will be scheduled for the Unified Communications project. It will be an opportunity for you to find out more about the project and ask any questions you may have. Watch for the dates!
