This line of research aims to explore the causes as well as the consequences of fiscal policies (whether it is program funding or the collection of taxes or other revenues) and to better understand how decision-makers perceive public choices through through their budgetary policies.

Governance and public finance
While questions of the distribution of wealth and social inequalities are increasingly discussed in society, it seems pertinent to question the role of governments in public finance and the nature of the decision-making process.
