In this brief, we subscribe to three fundamental principles:
- The financial viability of the University of Ottawa and all Francophone and bilingual universities
- Respect for equity to ensure that all students—Anglophones and Francophones alike—receive
an experience and education of comparable quality - The fundamental importance of co-operation among Francophone and bilingual institutions to
meet the government’s objectives and the aspirations of Franco-Ontarian communities
