Your faculty ID and its benefits

Faculty ID card will serve as an identity card, with additional functionalities being added over time. These functionalities include access to University printers at Peter Morand and Roger Guindon Hall, as well as building access to classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and offices. Please note that without this new card, you will not be able to access locked buildings, classrooms, labs, and offices.

How to obtain your Faculty ID card

To get your new card, please follow the steps outlined on the University website.

Before beginning the process, ensure you have a government-issued piece of ID, such as a photo of your health card, driver’s license, or passport. This government-issued ID is required for verification purposes only and will be used by the HRinfo team to confirm your identity. Rest assured, the official government-issued ID will be deleted from the system after verification.

The new ID cards are printed and delivered to our Faculty regularly. Once your card is received, a member of our team will contact you to inform you that it is available for pickup.

If you encounter any issues, you are encouraged to submit a Topdesk ticket or alternatively contact a member of our team at [email protected]  for assistance.
