If you experience a problem with the EvaluAction platform, here are some troubleshooting solutions that may help you:
- If you get an error message when you click on one of the links provided in Virtual Campus or in the course evaluation email, make sure to log out of any uOttawa application, close your browser and try again.
- Use the direct link to the EvaluAction platform: https://uottawa.ca/tces.
- Use a computer rather than a mobile device.
- Try a different browser.
- To enable cookies, open a Safari window. Click the Safari menu, choose 'Preferences', click 'Privacy', and make sure that the box 'Block all cookies' is unchecked.
- Clear the browser’s cache.
