Patrick Courcelles (BSocSc ‘03, MBA ‘05) is Deputy Director of Strategy within the High Intensity Services Division of the Trade Commissioner Service for Global Affairs Canada. He has had an extensive international career with postings to the Canadian Consulates in Los Angeles, Guadalajara, and São Paulo.
