uOTalent – Mois Franco Edition!

Back by popular demand! Our uOTalent Mois Franco edition! Show the uOttawa community your talents by showcasing Francophone culture! Upload your pre-recorded performance. The jury will decide the top 12 performances and the public will award the 4 spots into the FINAL! The jury will crown the the uOTalent Champion! First prize: $1000, Second prize: $750 and Third prize: $250, Fourth prize: $75 in credit to your student account. All prizes are presented by RBC.

  • Support meeting for those affected by substance use and addiction

    The University of Ottawa, Carleton University and Algonquin College have partnered with the Community Addictions Peer Support Association (CAPSA) to offer weekly virtual support meetings for those affected by substance use and addiction. All People, All Pathways is a peer support group facilitated by trained individuals with personal experience of both.

    The English group meets on Thursday and the French group meets on Tuesday.

    This support group is for University of Ottawa students from racialized communities in general. Racialized communities are defined as all people who are non-Caucasian or non-white. It will be facilitated by two psychotherapists of colour. This group is the ideal place for you to get a sense of perspective and understanding of what is happening in and around you.
