Sleep is not a luxury; it is a biological necessity. However, we often treat it as an optional part of life.
On April 11th at 3 p.m. on zoom, we will explore what sleep is, how it works, and how sleep, or a lack of it, affects our mental health. We will also explore sleep disorders and how to protect sleep, as well as resources for when unsatisfactory sleep becomes a chronic issue. A workbook will also be provided.
