The Coaching Support for Early- and Mid-Career Professors Program consists of three 60-minute online sessions (spread over an academic year) between a coach and a professor seeking coaching. The discussions can take either a strategic or practical approach. The professor can seek guidance on balancing teaching, research, and academic service activities to prepare for future tenure and promotion applications. They can also prefer to focus on preparing and revising their upcoming application file for promotion and tenure.
