After connecting with Alex Trebek, a fellow Sudbury native, Gee-Gee football and uOttawa alumni, at the 2019 Panda Game, Perry Dellelce, LLB ‘90, decided to give back to his alma mater and hometown. He funded the Alex and Matthew Trebek Gee-Gees football scholarship. This endowment fund will award $4500 annually to a uOttawa Gee Gees football player who has completed his high school studies in Sudbury or northern Ontario.
"I really thought that we could do something that combines northern Ontario and Sudbury and football,” said Delellce. “What could be a better memory of this day than the scholarship."
