HRREC Event - Conflict management, negotiation and hybrid warfare

Conflict management & negotiation & hybrid warfare: At home & abroad

From more polarized domestic society to global warfare, practitioners and academics are increasingly challenged in understanding, preventing, mitigating, de-escalating and managing today’s conflicts. This includes the various vectors of conflict activity outside kinetic warfare, the interconnectivity of threat activities and networks, particularly those in conflict with Canada. Some suggestions will be shared to enhance capabilities in this field. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
