Wild Wisdom: An ‘Ask Me Anything’ with Philosopher of Biodiversity Dr. Aleta Quinn

The Politics of Evaluation in International Organizations
WHEN: Wednesday, April 24 from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
WHERE: Online.
By unravelling the internal machinery of evaluation systems in international organizations, this book challenges the conventional understanding of evaluation as a value-free activity. The authors propose possible ways of better reconciling the observed evaluation politics with the need to gather reliable evidence that is used to improve the functioning of the UN. (In English)


Immigration Nation: Framing and Reality of Biden's Immigration Policy Leading up to the 2024 Presidential Election

ACFAS Conference

The University of Ottawa will host the 91st Annual ACFAS Conference, where more than 6,000 participants are expected for the biggest scientific conference of the Francophonie, in which over 300 sessions on various research disciplines will be presented.
