Biography

Dr. Jing Wu is a Team Leader at the Shared Services Canada, Networks Branch. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Ottawa.

His research interests mainly include enterprise network design, engineering, architecture, network configurations and troubleshooting, etc. In the past, he worked at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Beijing, China) as a faculty member, Queen's University (Kingston, Ontario, Canada) as a postdoctoral fellow, Nortel Networks Corporate (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) as a system design engineer, and Communications Research Centre Canada (Ottawa, Canada) as a research scientist.

He is a Senior Member of IEEE. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from Xian Jiao Tong University, China, 1997.
