Event Details
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with some isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing elements. Note: as this fast paced class, it is highly recommended that participants have a good understanding and awareness of the proper form for common exercises, such as planks, squats, lunges and push-ups.
