Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue

Our world is changing at an unprecedented rate, challenging policymakers to keep up with advancements and economic, social, and political innovations. This progress requires us to re-examine existing public policies and update or create new laws and regulations to help shape the new realities of our world, while safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of citizens. The Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue provides the University of Ottawa’s greatest research minds with the opportunity to do just that.

Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue

Endowed by a $5 million gift from distinguished alumnus Alex Trebek, the Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue supports the work of uOttawa researchers and institutes engaged in finding solutions to complex public policy challenges facing governments in Canada and the world.

The Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue is a platform for University of Ottawa researchers to partner with government officials and put our research into action now and in the future by driving change on important issues.
