Prerequisite courses and required averages 2021-2022 - Ontario

You must have an Ontario high school diploma with at least six 4U- or 4M-level courses.  All program-specific requirements must be at the 4U level, unless otherwise indicated.

Your admission average, which is also used to determine your eligibility for admission scholarships, is calculated based on your six best interim or final grades in 4U or 4M courses, including the prerequisites for your chosen program.

Admission is not guaranteed. The minimum average required depends on the popularity of the program. Applicants who do not have the minimum average required for some of our most competitive programs may be considered for a program in related fields of study.
